Join Our Executive Board!
We are seeking students for our Executive Board to lead Face It and represent the organization in professional matters, with a variety of different roles available.

Vice-President of Operations - leads the operations aspect of the organization in terms of infrastructure. Responsible for managing recruitment and onboarding of new members and coordinating technology tools like Notion and Google Workspace.

Vice-President of Programs - leads the core mission-driven initiatives, expanding Face It's educational reach and support networks. Responsible for curriculum development, support initiatives, and overseeing Face It's real-world impact.

Secretary - the chief documentation officer, ensuring organization records are detailed, accessible, and compliant. Responsible for meeting documentation and record keeping.

Head of Social Media - the creative voice of Face It. Responsible for building an engaged online community and destigmatizing acne through content creation, community management, trend awareness, and social media strategy.
The eligibility criteria is as follows:
- rising 9th~12th grader (in the 2026-2027 school year)
- access to the internet and Instagram (preferred)
- no previous experience required!
Students will gain leadership experience, content creation and communication skills, while empowering teens with acne to embrace their natural skin!

Become a Student Ambassador!
We are seeking Student Ambassadors (number of positions available TBD) to lead Face It by helping create content, serve on the organization's advisory council, as well as represent us in professional matters!
Rising middle and high schoolers (6th~12th grade) are eligible. Participants will gain leadership experience, content creation and communication skills, as well as an opportunity for a long-term leadership position on the Executive Board for the Face It Initiative.
